ABC, also known as the American Broadcasting Company is a major American broadcasting television network owned by The Walt Disney Company. The network purchased and ordered Step by Step, with the first pilot episode airing on September 20, 1991, and concluded the final episode "Bonjour Jean-Luc" on August 15, 1997, before moving to CBS.
